In 1979 ECESAN and in 1983 ECETAŞ and BEYATAŞ Companies were founded and together they formed ''ECE Group of Companies''. the infrastructure projects being held by Celal ECE I Company were transferred to ECETAŞ A.Ş.in 1983. After taht time, all the swage and drinking water construction works has been carried out by the ECETAŞ A.Ş.

BEYATAŞ (Beton Yapı Elemanları Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş.) is producing concrete and rainforced concrete pipes and fittings in a variety of diameters and ready-mixed concrete in compliance with the national and international cades in its factories in Manisa and Adapazarı.
The Group of Companies were expanded with the foundation of ECEGAZ Gas Distribution and Trading Company in 2003.
